We had a great time here despite the fact we HATE sports bars. But after a few of the terrific Rum drinks, you kind of ignore the TV's above head. Great food, even the burgers were above average. Stop here on your first night in Sanibel. more

Doc Ford's was a nice sports type bar and grill. The food was ok, not great. The margarita's were wonderful however! Wonderfully expensive too. If you like Randy Wayne White and his writing its a must see on your trip to Sanibel. If you're looking for a good meal, try someplace else. more

Doc Ford's is one of our favorite restaurants.It's great for lunch or dinner.The mussels & quesedillas are delicious appetizers.
