I read in a local publication that Over Easy Cafe was the best for breakfast on Sanibel Island. Unfortunately my husband and I don't agree. It was overpriced and nothing special. The food didn't look or taste fresh. Sorry folks. I wouldn't go back. more

We tried this for breakfast one morning and were a little disappointed. The prices were rather high and what we got wasn't worth it. I got bacon and eggs. The bacon was the saltiest I ever ate. I love bacon but couldn't finish it for that reason. There are better places to go for breakfast on the island. more

Ate there this morning due to great reviews. Coffee was terrible, either the pots have never been cleaned or there is no water filter on the local water supply. Cute decor and nice atmosphere, great service and good food. My husband and I had a basic eggs, pancakes, sausage breakfast. We went back for lunch twice and I loved the Summer Salad. Prices are average for breakfast around Sanibel. There are not many tables so if it were the busy season it is possible we would have to wait.... more
