Food is topnotch and artfully prepared. Nice touch is that you are encouraged to order entrees to your liking, adding this or subtracting that. Nice touch in this era of prefab food. Great, pleasant wait staff. more

Chef Michael Patnode has consistently offered the best of the Island. We've been to Traders since its inception and have consistently been satisfied. Their sea bass special is a treat. The wait staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. This is a place that one can relax, eat well and enjoy the evening. more

i was told by somebody that this was the favorite restaurant of most locals on the island and i can see why. the food is superb and the service is impeccable! my wife had the chilean seabass special and i had the lamb shank. both dishes were to die for. i would definitely recommend this place to anybody! more

We visited Traders for a Thursday evening dinner. Farah was our server and we enjoyed the food. We both had specials and the presentation and flavors were delightful.
