Fire, located just off CR 283 north of 30-A in Grayton Beach, is not easy to find but is worth seeking out. The restaurant is in a converted home where diners are seated in small rooms which don't have the best acoustics. But the food, prepared by chef Carl Schaubhut, is extraordinary.
