I called ahead to make sure Fabrice was open and then drove ten miles anticipating real French croissants. When I arrived the pastry case was empty. Nothing. Zilch. Zero. Nada. The owners glanced my way, then totally ignored me until I physically invaded their space to ask if they had pastries of any kind. Their answer? "No." I asked if... more

We vacation in Watercolor every summer and the past three trips down, Fabrice has been on our not-to-be-missed list! It is run by a French couple and I'm talking handmade croissants, pastries, baked goods....the real deal. They serve breakfast, lunch, and brunch, but the breakfast is the highlight for me.
