Took my family there last night, 5 min wait, backs to beautiful water filled with wildlife there is a dock to watch the fish and birds. Got calamari which was good, 1lb of snow crab for my entree for $16 with hush puppys and two sides, sides werent very good but it was the best crab i have ever had... more

the happy hour mussels offer 2 dozens for 6.95 is a great deal! 4 dozens with some hush puppies for under 18 dollars is a steal! otherwise i am not too particularly fond of the rest of the menu more

I live in Sarasota and have never understood why people like this place. The food is very average, the service once again average and the value is not anything special. Having lived in SRQ for many years. PCVROB is my favorite. Casual dining, good food, moderately priced and on the water. Out of town guests always wanted to return here and never a complaint. This is where i go we i return to visit. If you're looking for pricey and fancy go downtown or to the beach.......... more

The first time I ate there it was great. (about 20 yrs. ago) The next time was about 2 yrs. ago and it was fair at best. The last time it was terrible. The baked potato, lobster and cole slaw all tasted the same....ugh! The corn on the cob was old and tough...the only good thing was the hush puppy!... more
