I have enjoyed dining here several times and have never been disappointed. I consider the food to be upscale compared to the average italian fare, however, I think it is a little pricey. more

This was not what I expected. A friend had gone there and raved about it to me, but I thought it was just OK. The food was not bad, but it seemed easily put together, like something that I could make at home. I wasn't impressed with the service either. more

For years now we have been enjoying this restaurant, the quality of The Laughing Cat is not to be surpassed. Time and time again Franco delivers an incredible meal designed to tickle your taste buds! Great restaurant in the Ybor district. As with the other reviews, food and service was outstanding. Warm fresh bread greets you and the calamari was simply fresh and outstanding. My wife had the linguini with clams and I had the Spaghettin with meatsauce/chicken/veal. Wow! You won't disappointed with this place. more
