This restaurant has been consistantly delicious for years. Whenever family comes to town, we all head over to the Italian Grill for a scrumptous meal. The Italian Grill is by far the best Italian place in Vero Beach. The food is great. It is a little pricey, but for the amount of food they give you, it's well worth it. We always have leftovers to take home. I would highly recommend the penne ala vodka and the salad with the creamy garlic dressing. It's amazing! more

I love this restaurant. We always ask to sit in the garden room which is a long narrow room off to the side. It's just a little more peaceful although I've eaten in the main dining room which is fine. It's intimate but casual. The food is excellent and fast. Salad and bread come with your meal. This is as good as Italian food gets outside of Italy. You can taste that the ingredients are fresh. Many news clippings and awards plaster the outer glass door to attest to the success of this local Italian restaurant. I recommend the seafood linguini. more
