Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were staying at the iconic Palm Beach Hotel and decided to have Chinese Food delivery-can I say it was way up there with the best Chinese this NYer has had in a long time-scallion pancakes, veggie fried rice and Gen Tso's out of this...world-the sauce was to die for on the chicken. Can't wait to return to PB-we will order from here again and again!More

This was the dirtiest place i have ever seen. The floor are filthy and they don’t clear off the tables after people leave. Food very mediocre at best. Gross

Went with friends and reactions were very mixed. My special order of Szechuan eggplant and tofu was tasty but extremely greasy. One friend enjoyed the beef and broccoli, while another did not like his pu pu platter.

I was on business across the street and decided to stop and eat at this place. West palm Beach has better choices for lunch. Service was OK, food was too average. Nothing to talk about.

This food was horrible, I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was not good at all. The rice was mooshy and had been soaked in oil. The egg roll was burnt and over cooked. I saw the reviews and was skeptical but should...have known to rely off of these.More

Visited for dinner since it serves Halal food. The portions were good. The food was average. Orange chicken had tough orange peels in it instead of orange zest. All the sauces tasted the same. great location close in west palm beach.

Went to chopsticks because we were in the area and decided on Chinesse food to bring back home. We got there and a sign said "free parking in the back", we never found "the back" of the place ao came back and parked on a...parkimeter on the street. We had to wait for a while to get service as no one was at the desk for a while the someone came over to answer the phone and didn't even acknowledge our presence. Someone else came over asked if we wanted take out then dissapeared again. Eventually we put our order in and it added up pretty steeply for Chinesse food.... Got our order and drive back home, food was good and servings were good normal sizes, flavorful and overall good but not anything diferent or special to make it more expensive than any other Chinesse food restaurant. And the hot sauce (wasabe based) was not good at all so skip it. Not a place I would go to specifically, but we did see their food is halal which could be a big drawing point for others.More

Tried a take out which was only moderate but I was trying to order off the menu on the Internet which was all wrong so it was hard to judge. Decided to try eating in to be honest the place is dismal. It took ages...to get served when I did get served no one asked whether I was happy with what I had. The place is run by a friendly enough Moslem guy but he serves only non alcoholic drinks and I fancied a beer. The waiting staff had no idea about the menu. I wanted prawn crackers she didn't know what they were dooh! She brought a some sort of crackers out which were gross just greasy and horrible. The food was delivered by the owner and when I questioned him about these cracker he said they were home made.....who were they made by? I guess someone who had no idea what a prawn cracker looked or tasted like . Have a laugh order them . The main course to be honest was ok except for the only time in the US the potion was quite small and the brown rice was way too much for the Mongolian beef , it did taste ok. With a tip it was 20 dollars and despite the cheap price point it was poor I am afraid and in a place that had all the atmosphere of a prison waiting room.More

I stopped in to grab a quick take out at lunchtime. Their house special fried rice was very very disappointing. Their location is ideal, but the restaurant was empty. I should have heeded this obvious warning sign. Service was slow and food tasted old.

My wife and I have been eating at or carrying out from Chopsticks for years. Our food this evening was as good as ever. The house special fried rice and the steamed chicken with vegetables were fantastic. The worst problem we've had over the years...was when a spring roll was missed. Chopsticks has never disappointed us and we'll be back!More

I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. The last two times I've been here I've had a poor experience with the food. On my most recent visit I ordered the orange beef, which had good flavor but the beef itself was basically chunks...of rubber. Even more disappointing was the fact that they burned my fried dumplings so badly they looked like little bits of charred coal. Completely black. I don't know how they could have the conscious to put them in the to-go box like that. How someone doesn't realize they burned something that badly is beyond me. My friends said their food was decent, but I have had nothing but poor food experience. They are very nice, but they should learn how to actually cool their food properly. I gave them two chances, and I'll never go back again. Neither should you.More

I ordered lunch for my co-worker and I. It was by far the most disgusting chinese food I have ever had in my entire life. The rice was soggy, the egg roll had a weird taste and very oily. The wonton soup.....the broth was good..a...little salty but when I bit into the wonton IT WAS AWFUL...It had the same weird taste as the eggroll. The sweet and sour chicken was a fried chicken breast cut into strips...just painfully horrific. Please do not go there and if I get sick.... I will definitely be calling someone.More

Over 10 years ago I used to work in downtown West Palm Beach and we would go to Chopsticks for lunch or dinner and always enjoyed it. Friday night we were in downtown and decided to stop for dinner. We were shocked that the place...was nearly empty. The table clothes were all stained. The one and only waitress looked dirty. Service was almost nonexistent. The serving sizes were much smaller and the quality of the food has really gone down. I can’t believe they are still even open for business. We will NEVER go there to eat again.More

DONT go to this place, what ever you do! My experience at this restaurant has changed the way I live; I was the most outgoing person but now I hate going out, eating out, and was depressed for quite some time. When my husband, myself...and my two month old baby got to West Palm for a much needed vacation, we saw the reviews on Zabihah and decided we felt like eating chinese. When we arrived, the place looked decent, and we were excited for the food! When the waitress came, I asked her what was good and she said the Thai soup (it comes with chicken and shrimp) and beef wontons and general tsos. So first they brought out some fried noodles, and then the soup and wontons. I bit off a piece of the wonton; it wasn't bad. While my husband ate the wontons, I started on the soup. I tasted chicken, but no shrimp. So I kept stirring the bowl of soup to find some shrimp, and just when I was going to tell my husband that I couldn't find any, there was a black thing on the large tablespoon. At first, I thought it might be an eggplant, but when I picked it up, I saw the legs and antlers. It was a large COCKROACH. in the SOUP! I was speechless! I have extreme fear of bugs, and couldn't believe I ate cockroach infested soup. My husband kept asking what's wrong because he was sitting on the opposite side, but I kept gagging and pointing. It was just so disgusting, and I think I was more in shock than anything. I called the waitress and she rudely said WAIT, but when she saw it she was in shock too. I just got up and left the restaurant, and on my way out, the owner kept saying please go back and sit, I will bring out something else. SOMETHING ELSE? maybe rat infested food, no thanks! She didn't even seem surprised, there must be millions running around in the kitchen. Don't they have health inspectors for that? Once I got outside, I started puking uncontrollably; I breastfeed my 2 month old baby, and felt extremely guilty for eating the nasty soup. I thought I had some disease! A man who was eating with his family came running outside, and my husband told him what happened. He said he was leaving too with his family. I couldn't eat or think straight afterwards, and my vacation was entirely ruined! DON'T GO if you want to eat safe, GOD knows what's in their food.More
