The Speakeasy has been recently renovated (summer 2008) and expanded. The Camel Rider is the signature dish and the pizzas are good. Service is spotty depending on when you go if you're not a regular. If you're a regular, they greet and wait on you like you're Norm from Cheers. SpeakEasy has been in Columbus a long time. I recall going there on Fridays after work to relax and unwind before going home. If you enjoy a good pizza you won't find one any better than at the Speakeasy. The only other really good pizza in Columbus is the Mellow Mushroom. I went to the Speakeasy and was very disappointed, since it took forever to get waited on and the place is really a dive. It's in the older part of Columbus and doesn't look like it's been remodeled in quite awhile. The food was only edible and not worth the trip. There are a lot better places to go in... more
