I drove to Elijay to just see what was there, and was delighted to find home cooking where I didn't have to eat hamburgers and french fries AGAIN, and the food was affordable. We live in Ellijay & have eaten at Davis House for Sunday brunch/buffet & Saturday breakfast. The breakfast is not very good. The pancakes are not fluffy, but rather dense. We were looking for a place to eat breakfast on the way to the Apple Festival in Fall 2006. We stumbled upon this place and it was fantastic!
