While visiting Sun Valley on vacation I stopped in at the Roosevelt a couple of times. The rooftop is great in the evening with the fire pits. and wonderful views. Sits on the corner of Sun Valley Rd and Main Street in Ketchum. Has an interesting and varied menu, mostly lighter fare. Try to eat upstairs on the roof deck. My wife loved their salmon salad. She liked it so much we ate there twice on our vacation. more
