Volare is a very popular italian restaurant and bar in the Streeterville section of Chicago. We made reservations well in advance for Friday night 10/09/09. Food was amazing and fairly priced. We showed up without a reservation and they were able to get us a table on the patio within five minutes even though it was very busy :) more

We visited on a Saturday night with a 9:00 reservation. We were not seated for over 30 minutes, but the drinks from the bar were good while we waited. The restaurant is small and noisy, but the decor is nice. Food was decent, but I will probably try another Italian option the next time more
