Wow, I can't believe we rode our bicycles past this restaurant several times this summer and never noticed it -- and, I'm always on the look out. Anyway, finally found this 'hidden jewel' 50ft from the Rockwell L Station, and we will undoubtedly now be 'regulars'. All I can say is WOW... this great little place gave me my favourite meal whilst over visiting friends in Chicago. The food is basically an amazing twist on Italian classics supported by probably the only REAL pizza oven in this town; having lived in both Rome & Naples I can tell you this pizza is up there with the... more

I went to this little place based on the reviews online... Although quite small and in a quiet neighbourhood the place was packed and I was lucky to get seated. The BYOB was a great touch considering the "credit crunch" etc and the food spot on. Chicago is famous for this pizza but nothing in town compares to this truly... more
