BBQ varies greatly. In Evanston, there is Hecky's and Merle's. Both are really good but really different. Some people have tried and and loved it, others have told me they don't care for it. Hecky's is a great hole-in-the-wall at the corner of Green Bay and Emerson across the tracks from downtown Evanston.
