Joy Yee's serves the best bubble tea in the area at around $4 per drink. I recommend getting a fruit freeze- basically a smoothie. The food isn't as good as the drinks- they are pretty much typical Asian food. I would definitely go just for the drinks- you can get better Asian food elsewhere. more
