PRAGA in downtown Lombard is my favorite restaurant. Great ambiance, great delicious food, best service - wonderful menu and wine selection. Went to Praga for the first time with another couple on 8/11 (Saturday night). We were quickly seated but was a bit surprised having read fabulous reviews regarding the "romantic" room which I found very loud. I found the dining area to be small, loud and a bit messy looking. The menu was wonderful and everything sounded so very good.... more
Excellent food, servers very attentive and knowledgeable, not cheap but great value for the food, service and atmosphere. The owners really aim to please. It's our favorite restaurant for a great, leisurely evening. more

Excellently prepared and served European-style faire. Real food in a pleasant setting at 229 W. St. Charles Road in downtown Lombard, IL. For a starter we had wonderful cream of wild mushroom soup.
