I booked our family Thanksgiving dinner at Allgauer's based upon their website information. The pictures and food description looked inviting and classy. Upon arrival we were seated in a ballroom with no windows. The food, while tasty was very picked over. The atmosphere felt more like a convention than a special evening out. For a three generations dinner we picked Allgauer's. Food (Prime Rib, Salmon, Chicken) was excellent. We had a table overlooking the river in their spacious dining room. Attentive (but not too much so) service. We were a bit dressed up, but others were more casual. An enjoyable time. more
