Really enjoyed dinner at this restaurant housed in a converted Chicago bungalow on 95th Street. I think it's been there for over 40 years. I recently visited Petey's Bungalow for the first time. I think I would go back if in the nieghborhood. The food was okay, but then again I only paid 12 dollars for a complete pork chop dinner. It is definately a neighborhood restaurant- in an old converted bungalow. Steaks are great- if you are in the area- or visiting someone at Christ Hospital give it a try. One of the oldest restaurants in Oak Lawn. more
The volume of food is high, but the quality of the food and the preparation certainly leave much to desire. The prices vary from 12 to 25 per person without drinks, and it is just a waste to come here.
