I went here on a recommendation - wow. Everything was the best I've had. I had a pizza puff (delicious), and the fries were better than anywhere, and they give you a TON. I could barely finish it. This is one of the best Italian beefs I've ever had, including from when I lived in Chicago. The bread they use is so good. Interesting atmosphere. It's been around forever. I think it was a gas station a long, long time ago. One of the best places for grub in The Rock. more

uncle nicks overall has pretty decent food for a decent price, i havent lived in rockford for 5 years now but when i moved they had 2 locations, the original downtown and a new place on east state. the new place is nice and has sit down seating inside, but the original place has the best food, it looks dumpy... more

Serves excellent, fast-food Greek at reasonable prices. Nice for some flavor on the go. I only wish I could sit down somewhere! more
