We had dinner here while at the double tree. The prices are high end but the food is also. The staff and service is top notch. I would recommend you visit this restaurant, just not to often ( bruises in your wallet). more
We ate here for lunch before an event. During the week, my husband and business associates took clients for dinner twice. The service was wonderful. I am not a meat eater, but on occasion will eat seafood. There is no vegetarian entree offered, though one can ask for a salad without meat or order a platter of vegetable sides (boring).... more

I went to Gibson's for the first time a few weeks ago, and basically every aspect of the restaurant impressed me. I was staying in an adjacent hotel for a business meeting and a group of us headed over for an early dinner. I'd called earlier in the day to make a reservation just in case they would be busy.
