Many years ago an evening at Nick's started by getting into an odd elevator shack and being transported into a cavernous, delightful restaurant with old world opulence, perfect service and outstanding food. That was then..... Today, you walk into the doorway that they share with McDonalds. You walk down stairs and see an empty hostess podium (she was on break).... more

I had a fine fish meal here. The service is attentive. The fish was fine and the presentation was nicely done. However when main courses run $30-$40, I expect excellent food. This was good, but not excellent. more
