I stumbled on this restaurant (it's in a nondescript strip mall) while in Indy on business. It is incredible. Wonderful menu, excellent presentation and taste, not to mention prompt but unhurried service. Try the meatloaf! I have been able to go back three more times and Oakley's has yet to disappoint.
