the service here is some of the best we've had. Food is so good too.
Recently ate here as a change from the other somewhat limited options of restaurants in Garden City. The place is quite unique if only for the decor! ( Brightly colored and kitch). Food was good but portions are large and its easy to get carried away and over order. Margaritas were good and had decent strong tasting tequila. Service was... More
I kept checking the menu for something that looked good..I wanted carne asada tacos w onion and cilantro..on flour tortillas..not here..I didnt trust the menu looking at the plates on other tables...I ordered the mexican pizza after trying to order just regular tacos and being told I had to order a combo plate w other things on it and couldnt... Bar none, Las Margaritas is the best Mexican food in Garden City. Atmosphere is fun, wait staff is excellent, and the food is fantastic. Menu is a bit more authentic than most Mexican places that mostly seem to trend towards border fare. The only disappointment I've ever had about Las Margaritas is I did not know when to stop eating!
We arrived for a late Thursday evening dinner and were welcomed, seated and served very efficiently and with warmth. Good margaritas and burritos, great salsa. Colorful, clean decor. A great and surprising Garden City experience. The front door on Main Street is hard to spot; it leads to the downstairs restaurant.
TripAdvisor’s reviews drew us to this family-run restaurant. Its uncluttered, clean interior presented a refreshingly inviting first impression. Its service was excellent—lots of patient descriptions and recommendations. The owner's father, apparently filling in as the night manager so she could enjoy a night off with friends/relatives, proudly described his daughter's mission to serve fresh, excellent food. The results were evident.... More
This restaurant has very reasonable prices, an expansive (sometimes it's too hard to pick out what you want!) menu, and the BEST, BEST, BEST service in a restaurant I have ever experienced. The chips and drinks are bottomless - the wait staff respectfully watches from a distance, always anticipating what you need before you even ask for it. They are... More
I travel parts of KS, OK, TX, and CO each week for business...eat out a lot, and also ran a couple LG restaurants personally for many years. Hotel tipped me off to this spot in March and I've been back several times since. The food is very good...would call it authentic except for their fetish for topping some traditional dishes... More
After you read this, check it out. What I say, is true. I suggest closing for 1 week for an OVERALL sprucing. The good food will taste even better. I, currently won't go with my schoool group. The cleanlines has already hurt businesses.
The food is very good; the prices are great! It was a little difficult to find as it is in the basement of a downtown building. The service was terrific, and you can't beat the prices! Shrimp fajitas $10.95!
