We eat here whenever we can, driving in from Kansas City. You will not find the variety of food at the very reasonable prices that La Parilla has. Last weekend we ate there and got chips, salsa, guacamole, two entrees, sangria and sopapillas, all for less than $30!. Mom & Pop, Hole-in-the-Wall, order and pay at the counter, kind of place, with fantastic Latin American food. I love the fish tacos -- the best I've had in this area -- but they also have outta-this-world beef and chicken choices, cold Mexican beer, real-deal tortillas, etc. Basic stuff, basic prices, good quality. Rice bowls ? Don't know about that... more
