All credit goes to Jose P's for taking Mexican food a step beyond the ordinary (e.g. ground beef, pureed frijoles, forgettable rice). It's not exactly fine dining, but for casual, well done Mex, Jose P has carved out a well-earned reputation. We always enjoy ordering take out here. The portions are large enough that we split each one and enjoy every bite. Also, the take out come s with their fantastic chips and salsa. We have eaten in alot and have always enjoyed the service and the food. more

The food is incredible at both the Overland Park and Olathe locations. The Belton location is horrible though. The lunch menu prices are a great deal. I can't wait to go back...just not to Belton. more

this restraunt has been going through servers too quickly, no one cares from the host to the manager, we walked in, had to wait almost 15 min. to be sat at a table that was clean the whole time, then another 5 min. to recieve a dirty glass, dirty silverware, and was never apoligized to. we saw the manager, a... more
