The ribs at Walt's are not supposed to "fall off the bone". So if that's what you are looking for, you may want to try one of those chains out by the mall. Walt's ribs are dry rubbed and smoked daily in their smokehouse outside. I have always had excellent service and find almost all their food to be delicious.... more

Had ribs at Walt's on 4/20/05 and they were poor. No meat and tough. Our waiter could not care less. Cost me $45 and I will never go near the place again. Shame, as they use to be a decent rib place. more
