I love DiGiulio Bros so much... This is a great choice for any time of day, any occasion (especially Valentine's Day), any crowd. The food is always fresh and so good. I'll admit that I am not often impressed with their appetizers although they once had a Caprese salad on their specials menu and it was the best Caprese salad... more

DiGuilio Brothers is a quaint restaurant located under the Perkins Road overpass. My husband always takes me there for Valentine's day. Their steak is wonderful and make sure to get some pasta g.o.p. It is to die for! There is a lot of nightlife around the restaurant too, if you want to go have a cocktail afterward. more

Nice cozy place. Friendly wait staff, place was crowded, especially for a Monday. Seats are close together, patio outside. Small wine selection, and they ran out of several bottles. Ordered Baked Oysters for an app, they were loaded with garlic and could have been baked a little longer, would not recommend these at all. Salad was fresh with a nice... more

There's a "dot" missing as the friendly service can be on the slower side, and there's 2, 1-stall bathrooms (one for men, one for women). We've been here twice for lunch in the last 7 months, and we've waited for a table both times. Both times, we visited on a Sunday after church, and the service and food have been... more

After eating here last Dec 13, 2006 for my boyfriend's birthday, they rang up my order wrong and charged me $500+ for a $50 meal. They did catch and fix it, but due to a recent change in the credit card machine, they corrected the transaction the wrong way, causing my checking account to overdraft for several days following. I... more

This is a super local legandary restaurant in the great Perkins Road Overpass area. Make sure and order the daily specials at lunch especially the spaghetti and meatball. The chicken piccato is divine. The dinner salad perfectly sets your palate for what is to come. You will always see local "stars" when you go so that means there is lots... more

Great little place with fantastic Italian food with a different spin. I'm not sure it is really trying to be "authentic," it just has good Italian-American style food. Another reviewer said it was better than Pizza Hut, which is not a very accurate description, in my book. This is way better than take-out pizza we're talking about. Try the beef... more

My husband and I met at college in Baton Rouge. Throughout our courtship, we dined at this romantic out-of-the-way establishment. At the time, it was the best Italian food we'd ever had and we went as often as we could afford. On a recent trip home to visit family, after living 12 years in Southern California, we returned to our... more
