Not only is Don's in a bad part of town, where you really need to be protected, but it is hard to protect yourself from their snobby service and wait staff. Don' s is a fixture of Baton Rouge, so it's a shame to see it going downhill. Not the cleanest place, napkins of previous diners were left on the not too clean floor beneath the table and I threw them in the corner where they remained. Service was friendly, but timing of serving was off...entree came just after the salad... more

In a week long visit I ate 1 lunch and 2 dinners there. Has a wide selection of seafood. Food was great and so was the service. I will always go back there to eat. more
