We ate there twice. We had the crawfish gumbo, seafood platter, and the crab roulettes. It was all to die for and the bread pudding with rum sauce was heavenly. A bit slow on service though. I give one for service and 10 for food. It cost us three $56 desert included. Great local fare more
My wife's family loves this place, but I am not sold. Salads are horrible. Not the best seafood I've had. more
Stuffed shrimp & Soft-shell crab were excellent. The crabmeat stuffing of the shrimp was outstanding! Desserts looked fabulously local and fresh, as well, just didn't have enough time to try them. Will, though, next time visiting area. more

I live in Lafayette--around the corner from Guidry's. We dine out often and eat at Guidry's regularly. In fact, Guidry's is always packed at lunch and usually fairly crowded at dinner time. This is an authentic seafood restaurant. The food is outstanding. Fried stuffed shrimp, sauteed crabmeat, stuffed fished. The only downside, is the decor, the restaurant's interior needs an update, but the outstanding food makes up for it. more
