This establishment knows how to make delicious Mexican food. We go here many times, love the burritos, tacos, salads, really everything. You can't go wrong.
Don't let the look of the outside fool you this is really good Mexican food. The shrimp ceviche was very fresh and spicy. The burritos are overstuffed with meat and great tasting especially the carne asada steak. Great atmosphere.
If you think you want authentic cultural food then try this place. Its staff and owner/operators are great at customer service. The food will cost you but its worth every penny for the change from a regular chain to some good authentic style food. The food and beverage selection if very good. If your in a rush you take your... More
We had been driving by this place for years without stopping as we're very suspicious of American Mexican food. We finally decided to try it out. What a pleasant surprise! It's real authentic Mexican despite being so far away from the border. The tamales were delicious, the tacos perfect, the salad excellent paired with good choices of beer and wine.... More
Interesting set up! You can order at the counter, seat yourself, and save tip $. You can sit in the bar or be seated in the restaurant! Great sangria and margaritas! Loved the tacos and many other dinner items. (I like my husband's guacamole just as much as theirs; both are good).
When they opened, the food was a pleasant surprise: fresh and tasty. However the quality has declined over the past couple of years with nice size portions, but very ordinary flavor. I would rate the food as a little below average for this type of fare. Too bad -- they started with great promise.
Great place! Love the covered outside deck. Decent prices and yummy drinks + food. Try the veggie nachos.
I haven't been to Loco Coco's in a while and enjoyed it many times in 2012. The parking lot had a decent amount of cars. The woman at the counter seemed put out that she had to wait on us but hopes remained high. Unfortunately the food was inedible. I ordered the tamale plate and the tamales were huge, gummy,... More
Go there just about every week to get taco salads, I get that you might be cutting back on portion, but really. The salads this time had maybe 3 lettuce leaves,I couldn't find the rice or beans, two of the cheapest ingredients. What is up lately, the last couple times it barely covered the bottom of shell. Looks like we... More
Love to go to there with family and friends. You can sit in either the canyons with full service, or step up to the counter to order. Taco salad is tasty, burritos are flavorful. Love fall/winter when the shrimp and squash soup is on the menu.
