We have eaten at both the old and new location. The food was great, a little pricey but worth the treat.
It was a very nice experience for not having read any reviews before dining there, Our food was fresh, the staff was very pleasant, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. Nothing fancy but a great place to have a beer and a bite.
Hi! BIA is fast becoming our favorite place north of Ogunquit on the Wells line. What a great place to relax, have a drink and munch on some of the best food around...all for a very reasonable price! The appetizers are delicious. Love the shark bites, tempura veggies, their own clam chowder. Sometimes we prefer to get a bunch of... More
We had my daughter and son in law's reshearsal dinner at BIA. The dinner and service was excellent. The servers were friendly and prompt. Tina was great to work with and was able to provide a great meal within our budget. Really cozy atmosphere also!

We decided to try the restaurant because it was right down the street. When we pulled into the parking lot we were a little skeptical, not very crowded for a Sat. night in September and the outside was okay. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. The decor was very nice. The staff was wonderful and the food was... More
We had to try this place since it is an Ale House and my husband is very into beer. I was very surprised when we got inside as it looked much nicer on the inside that I would expect from the exterior, really cute décor and clean. The service was a bit slow, but for us, it was ok since... More
My husband and I have a summer place here and don't go out to eat that often because of the crowds and traffic. We thought Monday of Labor Day weekend would be a good night since most of the tourists have gone. We had tried this restaurant when it was at the old location and were not that impressed but... More
My hubby and I just came from a great dinner at the Boon Island Ale House. He had the fish and chips and he said it was the best he has ever had. I had the baked stuffed haddock. It also was the best I've ever had. The haddock was great, with nice stuffing on top, a few mushrooms, and... More
Our server was Steve and he was very helpful and informative. We asked his opinion and he made suggestions that were spot on. Food was delicious, service was excellent! It is a place we will revisit!
