This place serves traditional Italian food and it's pretty good. I got the eggplant parmesan and it was pretty standard. The space is really tiny with little standing room area, so hopefully you won't be waiting long. I think the best thing about this place is their extensive martini and drink menu. I've eaten at Olazzo several times and never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff is very professional and friendly. Unlike most places in Bethesda, it's not overpriced. After moving here from NYC, it's become a fav of my husband's and mine. more

Delicious Italian comfort food. Crowded but cozy, and priced just right. You get a lot of food (read: dinner plus leftovers enough for lunch the next day) for your money. Chicken cardinale is delicious. more

We have been to many Italian restaurants in Bethesda, and usually have been disappointed, Olazzo is the exception. Great food, great service, nice atmosphere (although I could do wthout the fake fireplace) reasonably priced. Lunchtime is less crowded, but early dinner (pre 6:30) is easy to get in. Try it, you'll like it. more
