I’d give The Silver Lounge five stars merely because the terrific novelist Richard Russo mentions it in his novel, "That Old Cape Magic" (Knopf, 2009). I grew up down the road from this restaurant. After college I moved to FL. Every time I come home to visit I have to eat there & visit the Country Store afterwards to complete the experience. A stuffed quogog, a cup of "chowdah" followed by the Black Diamond Steak!! I can taste it now!! more

A great alternative to the Chart Room in Cataumet. If staying in Falmouth much closer on old Rt 28. A ubiquitous Cape Cod road house that serves good food is usually crowded and a good place for a family dinner. If you are there in midsummer then expect to wait for a table for dinner, lunch is generally better. June... more

After spending 2 weeks in Falmouth, and dining out most nights,the Silver Lounge was my only disappointment.The place is very dated and could use a more interesting menu.It was a beautiful bright evening outside, but inside this place was so dark it was kind of depressing.A great dinner could have made up for this, but our entree's were barely average... more

The restaurant is full of ambiance. The dining is exquisite. Seafood and Steaks are cooked to perfection. The wait staff is freindly and very cordial. A very nice gift shop to boot!!!! more
