I didn't like sushi until I discovered Bizen. They have amazing vegetarian options and food for non-seafood lovers. There are a few seperate dining areas, making it nice for a cozy date or a business outing. I love the menu, espeically the "silence of the yams" and off the menu "veggiestan" yum! Bizen was recommended to up by the manager at our hotel. The appetizers and the sushi were premium. The atmosphere was great.
