Tonight, 4/24/2008, I ordered the Veggie Sandwich from the Panera Bread Company in Bowie, MD and its was the worst sndwich that I have ever eaten. More appropriately, it should have been called a cucumber onion sandwich. The sandwich had 4 slices of cucumbers, 2 slices of onion and a smithering (less than a half of teaspoon) of fetta cheese.... more

Panera is a good cheap way to dine fresh. The menu has sandwiches, soups fresh daily, and big healthy salads. I usually get the chicken Caesar salad and it is so good. We visited Panera Bread on July 23, after doing a little shopping across the road at the Cape Cod Mall. The place was very busy, but we ordered and received our food very quickly.
