I was skeptical about how good the Outback would be, what with all the heavy radio advertising and what seems like hundreds of locations all over the country. All it took was being brought there to change my thinking. The kitsch isn't overdone, and the servers spare you attempts to sound "authentic." Dinners demand that you bring an empty stomach.... more
