Super...they catered an office lunch once, and the meat fell off the bone...just right. more
Average at best...I guess living with the Formaggio Kitchen BBQ chef has made me a bit of a snob... more
Great BBQ at reasonable prices. I can't decide what was better, my buffalo burger with swiss and sauteed mushrooms, or the smokey smell that filled the room. Tip: skip the just average sweet potato fries and go for the delicious shoe-strings instead. more

Ok, so the salads have a bit too much iceberg lettuce, however we love this place. The wait staff remembers us, the food is consistent and homey, and they're always happy to get you another beer. more
Love the bison burgers here -- especially with bacon tomato chutney! Add sweet potato fries and you've got a little slice of heaven. more
Bison County is an amazing restaurant. There food is out of this world, they have a very good beer selection, and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. I recommend the carolina sauce on any chicken product. more
