Casual atmosphere, pleasant waitstaff and the coldest draft beer around are the best things about this place. My husband liked his burger, but he usually does. I had the special, a blackened scallop salad ($17) and it was ok. The scallops were a bit gritty and stringy. It's probably fine if you're just ordering drinks/appetizers. more

Burger was OK - but it's hard to screw up a burger. Wife had the luncheon scrod. Fish was very good, but the veggies were oily, underdone and generally blah. Service was very prompt. more

One of our favorite family restaurant in the area .. big menu, great basic pub food, good beer (!) and always friendly atmosphere ... we just keep going back and are never disappointed. more

In spite of ohter reviews, we revisited this old favorite on a recent trip to the Berkshires. Our waitress was very friendly and suggested some changes for one of our group, who has dietary restrictions. Everything from basic burgers to the trout special came out perfect.
