Love going to the cafés around the world. This is not the best, but it is our cafe. Stained glass is unique, objects are fun to look at. Staff is good. Food is okay.....
I don't often go to chain establishments as I prefer local bars and restaurants, but the Detroit Hard Rock keeps me coming back again and again and again. I come here for happy hour before Wings, Lions, or Tiger games. You can park at the Compuware lot, Hard Rock validates your ticket, and provides you a shuttle ride to the... More
We always make a point to eat at a Hard Rock when we are near one and we collect the glasses. The Detroit Hard Rock was like others we have been to...food was good (our favorite appetizer is the nachos!) and the staff was friendly.
Been to several Hard Rock cafe's throughout the country. Honestly, aside from the musical items on the walls they are not that impressive. Detroit was no exception. The food was average and the service was slow.
This Hardrock has non of the Pizzazz of some of the others I've been to but it has a soul. We went to kill some time between girls hockey games and enjoyed our stay. Our server "D" was friendly and offered to give us a lesson on the memorabilia when we mentioned our need to kill time. When we were done with our meal we gave up our table and sat at the bar where Robin was very accommodating and... More
Our group of about 28 people (girls hockey team and parents) booked a dinner at the HRC in Detroit this past weekend and it was fantastic! The atmosphere in the room was fun and the food was great. The best part of the evening was the excellent service we had from two outstanding waitresses! They kept us entertained and laughing... More
Except for this one lady over NY merchandising that had the worst attitude, like I upset her by just being there, the place is nice. Bartender was really nice to me and so was everyone else. Real big inside, lots of space. Might go back again if I knew that lady in particular wasn't there.
Spouse, adult son and I went for lunch, which meant music was at reasonable level. No ear plugs needed. Son ordered mac & cheese, which is his favorite HRC meal. Said it was fine. Spouse and I opted for chicken club. Mine arrived lacking the avocado. I told waiter and he promptly brought a small cup with three slices. Otherwise,... More
We went to the Hard Rock for the first time and it will also be our last. Nothing spectacular for a Hard Rock in Rock City. I have been to a few others and this one had almost no items compared to the others. The wall behind the bad was all but bare and limited TV screens and viewing. The... More
