On a recent visit back to East Lansing and Michigan State, I just had to go to El Az. I knew this place back when it was the narrow staircase leading into the basement restaurant!! Best Mexican in the area. The East Lansing rooftop is nice, but the West location is more authentic. Still miss the El Azteco underground firetrap. more
If you're a T-Bell fan, or used to the usual fare at the chain restaurants, stay away! El Az has some great menu items, as well as awesome margaritas. Plus, the roof is a great spot on a sunny day. more
