The restaurant is beautiful inside, the menu is extensive, and the service has been wonderful every time I've visited. I've had cheaper sushi in Lansing that has been as good, but for overall experience I would recommend Sansu above every other Sushi restaurant in the general Lansing area. more
Excellent place. Authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine. Try some sake. I liked the seating arrangement in the place (you have to reserve it if you're going on weekends), food was excellent and in good proportions, worth the money. more
I'm an East Lansing resident/sushi freak and have eaten at SanSu easily a hundred times and have never had a bad meal. Their sushi is fresh and their 'special' rolls innovatively prepared; of course, they offer the traditional maki, temaki, sashimi and nigiri.
