Surprised at the other reviewers comments. Have gone to Ginopolis' on several occasions and have never experienced poor service. The food is excellent, the wine list extensive and the wait staff attentive. The owner(s) always make rounds and greet each person at each table as if they were family. The ribs were incredible last time I was there. more

Waited for service...and waited, and waited. Finally got a table and sat waiting some more. The restaurant wasn't even that crowded. Never could get a waiter or waitress. Wasted a lot of time...after being ignored, finally walked out and ate somewhere else. Heard the ribs are dry, anyway. Sorry we wasted time trying to eat there. If I wanted to... more
