We went here with friends from far Eastside suburb. Fantastic, fresh ingredients, unusually made pizzas (thin crusts) VERY tasty, among the BEST in tri-county area! Great salad/soup bar, too! more
I had been meaning to try Tomatoes Apizza on Halsted Road for some time so when I found myself nearby this afternoon, dropped by for their nicely-priced luncheon buffet ($6.99 for all you can eat salad bar, drink and pizza buffet with pasta. Just plain good pizza. Sauce is excellent, clearly made with fresh tomatoes. Toppings are top notch. It all just works very well. Nothing complicated. A large feeds four, and everyone will walk away happy. My family is pretty picky when it comes to pizza, but this was great. more
It takes awhile to get but the wait is worth it. Love the crust and sauce! more
Best pizza outside of New York! Is a great place to take kids-they have a train table and are toddler friendly! AND the pizza is just fantastic. My daughter calls it "fancy pizza" and it's our favorite! Thank you!!! more
