We ate at San Chez on a Saturday night in June. The restaurant was crowded but we didn't have to wait. The waitress said there was normally a wait on Saturday night but for whatever reason we got right in. San Chez doesn't take reservations and is located just a block from Van Andel Arena on Fulton St. If something... more
