I eat here AT LEAST twice a month. Ajishin has the greatest sushi around and all for a price you can't beat. The other reviews are correct in that the wait can be VERY long for dinner. I've been visiting Ajishin for 3 times before. It's very, very busy, so come early or make a reservation. Their menu is limited, but what is on it is done well. Their white tuna Grilled fish & Sushi are the BEST. Overall, the quality of food is excellent! Miss You, Ajishin!!!! more

My favorite restaurant. The udon soups are delicious, my favorite is the maiko, and so is the sushi. The atmosphere is casual and can be crowded and noisy during dinner, but the food is better than any upscale Japanese place in the area. more

Ajishin is a small place with a limited menu. They are always busy, but for a reason--everything on the menu is excellent. The main 'dish' at Ajishin is Udon soup, which is outstanding--the best I've had outside of Japan.
