Listen up! I probably shouldn't tell you this, since I love this restaurant and don't want it to be busier than it already is....Casper's Cherokee House is the best restaurant in Eagan and one of our favorite places to eat, drink and be merry!!! : ) They have a nice dining room, if you want to have a relaxed atmosphere... more
