A good place to eat in spite of the somewhat limited beer selection. Food is well prepared and fresh. Service was decent and this place seems to cater to all dress codes. COme on in for a relaxing, enjoyable meal. more

I visited here with a group of 6 this week after a few days canoeing in BWCAW. Most of us had cheeseburgers which were quite good, but the service was indifferent at best. Food and service are always excellent. We visit every trip to Ely, Mn. We have been there both for lunch and dinner, service and food was always supurb!! more

This place was recommended by someone who has been to Ely many times for wilderness canoe trips (as were we). However, the wait was a bit long for tough steaks and a salad that was little more than iceberg lettuce. It was quite a disappointment.
