A group of us went there this past weekend! We were al impressed with the building itself. Massive and nice. Very nice floors and light fixtures. Yes like everyone has said the restaurant is beautiful! The waterfall is a great view while having your meal. Very clean! bathrooms clean too! We had great service from a very friendly waitress! She was always filling our drinks and taking our dirty plates! speedy! the buffet was always kept full and clean. Salad bar and dessert bar didnt have... more

Root Zero 3 just opened a month ago. We waited for the 'newness' to wear off before visiting. The building is beautiful from the outside, but our experience wasn't. The restaurant is all chopped up and doesn't flow. It is hard to get from one area to another. Root Zero 3 does not have a menu, only a food buffet.... more

First, you must be curious about the name. According to a local news report, “Root is Yung Lim’s middle name, and Zero 3 designated the south end of the runway at the old Carthage airport — the exact site where the restaurant has been built.” Who’s hungry now?
