Ed Johnson is an old friend of mine and I still make it a point to visit the Broadway Diner when visiting Columbia to see my kids. You've gotta love the diner! Located downtown a stone's throw away from Broadway and the bar district, it is everyone's favorite restaurant after 1am. Following a brief wait, grab a stool and eaves drop on the college kids to hear their stories of the evening before you enjoy your "stretch" -- hash browns, two eggs, chili, cheese, and onions.
